Licensure
✓Completion of Licensed Practical Nurse certificate program
✓1.0-2 years as Licensed Practical Nurse
✓NY LPN License Required
Education
✓High School Diploma/GED.
Qualifications
✓dressing wounds, performing catheterizations or applying compresses.
✓5. Collects, labels and processes specimens accurately.
✓6. Cleans and prepares medical treatment rooms for patient visits
✓7. Assembles and uses equipment appropriate to specific medical practice.
✓8. Schedules follow-up appointments for patients as needed.
✓10. Enters patient information
✓into the electronic medical record accurately and in a timely manner.
