Located at Mohawk Medical Clinic, the Complex Care Clinic provides enhanced, team-based support for high-risk patients who need more intensive care coordination and medical management than traditional primary care can offer. Whether patients are recovering from hospitalization, navigating multiple chronic conditions, managing dementia, or facing functional decline, you'll have the time, resources, and interdisciplinary support needed to make a meaningful impact on their health, independence, and quality of life.

* MD or DO degree * Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency * Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine * Oregon medical license and DEA registration, or ability to obtain prior to start * Current BLS certification

* Completion of an accredited Geriatrics fellowship * EMR Proficient * Excellent time management skills Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $237,500 - $384,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
