BAYADA at Bayhealth is seeking an experienced Per Diem On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide evening home health coverage for adult and geriatric patients throughout Kent County, DE.

What you’ll do
Respond to after-hours patientRespond to after-hours patient needs within your assigned coverage area
Deliver skilled nursing careDeliver skilled nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and other prescribed interventions
Monitor patient conditions andMonitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
Follow physician orders andFollow physician orders and ensure timely, accurate documentation
Coordinate care with physiciansCoordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team
