You’ll need
Licensure
✓Active Professional Registered Nursing licensure in the state of Georgia.
Certifications
✓Maintains oncology nursing certification or completes at least 36 hours of oncology-specific continuing education in a 3-year period.
Oncology Nursing (OCN) certification. preferred
Education
✓Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited university and two (2) years of recent direct oncology nursing care experience OR Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from an accredited university and three (3) years of recent direct oncology nursing care experience OR Associate Degree in Nursing
Masters of Science Degree in Nursing from an accredited university. preferred
Qualifications
✓Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
✓Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✓Strong analytical and critical thinking skills applying oncology nursing education, knowledge and experience.
Previous experience working with culturally diverse populations. preferred
Strong working knowledge of healthcare systems and community resources. preferred
