You’ll need
Licensure
✓Active Professional Registered Nursing licensure in the state of Georgia.
Certifications
✓Maintains oncology nursing certification or completes at least 36 hours of oncology-specific continuing education in a 3-year period.
Oncology Nursing certification. preferred
Education
✓Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from an accredited university and two years of recent direct oncology nursing care experience OR Associate Degree in Nursing with three years of recent direct oncology nursing care experience.
Qualifications
✓Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
✓Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work well with all levels of clinic personnel.
✓Strong analytical and critical thinking skills applying oncology nursing education, knowledge and experience.
✓Strong customer service skills
✓Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
✓Attention to detail
Previous experience working with culturally diverse populations. preferred
Strong working knowledge of healthcare systems and community resources. preferred
