You’ll need
Licensure
✓If working in North Dakota (ND) or Minnesota (MN) and not a Certified Nursing Assistant, must be on the NA Registry as a Nursing Assistant through the North Dakota Dept. of Health or through the Minnesota Dept. of Health within four months from the date of hire.
✓If working in Wisconsin, must be on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with current work eligibility or a student nurse, currently enrolled at a school approved by the Wisconsin Board of Nursing, who has completed a basic nursing course and 16 hours of clinical experience.
Certifications
✓Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.
Education
✓High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
