✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Must be licensed as a Pharmacist with the relevant State Board of Pharmacy.
✓Relevant board certification is highly encouraged.
Dual licensure in Idaho and Oregon preferred.
Certifications
✓Within 6 months of hire, Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required. (ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS)
✓Other certifications may be required as identified in the SAHS Certification Crosswalk
Education
✓Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
Qualifications
✓Residency strongly preferred.
✓In depth knowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulations related to pharmacy and medication use processes is required.
✓Minimum of three years of experience in a relevant pharmacy setting; residency may be accepted in lieu of three years' experience.
✓Knowledge of standards of care for oncology patients is required.
