Operating Room RN (PT)

Provides professional nursing care pre-operatively and intra-operatively. Acts as circulating nurse and scrub nurse. Performs specified duties for the set-up and maintenance of surgical areas, equipment and instruments.

Performs RN duties in all service line areas as needed.

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Current, valid, and unrestricted Registered Nurse license from NC or compact state. BLS certification.

Required to demonstrate age-specific competency for patients, ranging from adult to geriatric. Preferred: BSN, MSN

No experience required, but at least one year of hospital nursing experience in critical care unit or operating room preferred. Routine

Will work at least (1) 12-hr shift per week and cover two weekends of call each month. Perks +
