Qualifications
✓Must have knowledge of surgical procedures, aseptic technique, standards of care, hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
✓Must possess good communication skills.
✓The incumbent must have strong communication skills and reflect a positive, caring attitude toward staff, physicians, physician’s clinical staff, and other customers.
✓Show compassion and respect with patients, be accountable and perform acts of service recovery with patients/family when appropriate.
✓Interact responsibly and effectively with other entities, both within and outside of the organization.
✓This position will provide coaching and/or counseling to staff as needed to improve their individual job performance.
✓Must be able to function effectively on an independent level as well as within a team or group.
