About the role

The role collects, validates, and analyzes clinical, operational, quality, safety, financial, workforce, and patient experience data to identify trends, performance variation, and improvement opportunities. The Analyst develops and maintains reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical tools that support organizational decision-making, benchmarking, and external data submissions.
