Perform general healthcare maintenance/carpentry and repair tasks related to plumbing, electrical, heating ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, hardware, furniture, fixtures, equipment, framing walls, drywall (hanging and finishing), painting and hanging cabinets. Ability to clearly communicate with customers and co-workers while working as a team.
Clean Lubricate, clean, and repair machinery, equipment, and tools. Clean and prepare work sites to eliminate possible hazards. Repair and install plumbing fixtures: faucets, drain lines, water closets, mixing valves, flush valves.
