McDonough District Hospital is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Ophthalmologist to join an established, high-volume practice. Why This Opportunity High-volume practice: 40–50 patients/day 500 cataract surgeries annually Flexible call Collaborative team with Ophthalmologist + Optometrist Opportunity to build subspecialty focus Practice & Support Experienced clinical team Modern EMR: Modernizing Medicine (clinic) Cerner (hospital) Broad clinical scope: Cataracts, glaucoma, lasers, minor procedures Comprehensive medical & surgical ophthalmology Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range for this position $325,000 - $450,000.
Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
