You’ll need
Qualifications
✓Follow work instructions, drawings, procedures, and established manufacturing processes.
✓Clean, handle, inspect, and prepare optical components according to established procedures.
✓Use hand tools, precision tools, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment.
✓Identify and communicate defects, damage, or unusual conditions to the Lead Technician or Supervisor.
✓Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
✓Support in-process and final inspection activities.
✓Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
✓Follow all Quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures.
✓Learn and develop proficiency in additional optical manufacturing processes as training is completed.
✓Work closely with experienced Optical Technicians and Manufacturing personnel.
✓Assist with troubleshooting and resolving basic manufacturing issues.
✓Meet established production schedules while maintaining product quality.
✓Support continuous improvement activities within the manufacturing area.

About the role
