You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current West Virginia optometry license or eligibility for licensure in West Virginia.
Education
✓Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry program.
Qualifications

Valley Health Systems is seeking a dedicated Optometrist who is passionate about improving the vision and eye health of patients throughout our region. What you’ll do
Provide comprehensive eye examinationsProvide comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments for patients of all ages
Diagnose, manage, and treatDiagnose, manage, and treat a variety of ocular conditions and visual disorders
Prescribe corrective lenses andPrescribe corrective lenses and other vision-related treatments
Identify and manage eyeIdentify and manage eye diseases, referring patients for specialty care or surgical intervention when appropriate
Educate patients on eyeEducate patients on eye health, preventive care, and the relationship between vision and overall health
