Demonstrates good leadership by keeping the respective OR Manager/Director informed of departmental activities, needs, problems, and administrative matters. 7. Supports Director in decision making process. 8. Ensures time outs are done appropriately and within the specified time frame. 9.
Consistently labels all specimens correctly. For instances of errors, please score the following: 0-2=S, >2=U 10. Consistently inputs all operating room charges. 11.
Ensures AORN standards are being adhered to in the OR rooms assigned. If not, OR Manager is notified promptly. 12. Consistently expedites the turnover of assigned rooms. 13.
Consistently ensures ALL necessary paperwork is present on chart before proceeding to the operating room.
