About the role

Under the supervision of the Office Manager, this position is responsible for scheduling surgeries for assigned physicians and overseeing all surgery scheduling. Responsibilities include coordinating surgical procedures with physician offices, scheduling cases in EMR and maintaining templates (block schedule), developing surgery consents and patient folders, and collecting necessary documentation for surgeries.
