Organizational Development Consultant

The Organizational Development Consultant is responsible for organizational development, education strategies and consulting services across SGHS. This includes providing consultation and guidance to a variety of customers in regard to human capital development, leadership development, team assessments and educational consultation. The OD Consultant is a key resource for all leaders, from executives to supervisors.

Able to lead and manage complex, system wide projects. Comfortable interacting at the executive levels of the division and system. All team members of Southeast Georgia Health System will promote a culture of safety, follow established policies, and adhere to all state and federal regulatory requirements, DNV, and national patient safety standards.
