Responsibilities General Orthopedics & Trauma with opportunity to build in sub-specialty interests 10 days of hospital call per month-inpatient, consultation, and trauma-no clinic Clinic M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM located in ASC Evaluate, interpret and coordinate information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills Qualifications Physicians MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt) J-1 waiver sponsorship available We offer Initial 2-year salary guarantee with ability to exceed on an innovative compensation program Attractive incentive package A competitive Total Rewards program that offers benefits aligning with your needs and priorities, no matter what stage of life you are in.
