About the role

Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff to review patient needs, imaging and appropriate immobilization options.

What you’ll do
Provide quality orthopedic careProvide quality orthopedic care by applying, removing and assessing casts, braces and other immobilization devices
Collaborate with orthopedic surgeonsCollaborate with orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff to review patient needs, imaging and appropriate immobilization options
Coordinate cast room proceduresCoordinate cast room procedures while developing and providing training and continuing education for clinic staff
Educate patients and familiesEducate patients and families on the proper use, care and wearing of orthotic devices both in person and by telephone
Maintain a clean, safeMaintain a clean, safe and organized cast room environment while completing accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters
