NovaCare Prosthetics and Orthotics Position: Orthotic Fitter Location: Cape Girardeau, MO

Full-time, Monday-Friday

$22.00 - $25.00/hour (pending experience) At NovaCare Prosthetics and Orthotics, we deliver quality in all that we do. We treat each other with respect and promote a positive environment where people feel valued. We are seeking a healthcare professional to select, fit, and adjust orthotic devices.

The Orthotic fitter will educate patients on their use and function. We are seeking a detail-oriented self-starter with strong communication skills and exceptional technical ability. Responsibilities Design, fabricate, and fit custom orthotic devices that help patients achieve their mobility and rehabilitation goals.

Provide personalized care by adapting orthotic solutions to each patient's unique condition and needs. Maintain an organized workflow to ensure timely patient appointments, fittings, and device delivery. Uphold a commitment to exceptional patient outcomes and quality care.

Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure patients requiring higher levels of care receive appropriate referrals. Contribute to team success by assisting with projects and other responsibilities as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required
