✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota as an Occupational Therapist/Physical Therapist.
✓Current occupational therapy/physical therapy licensure in the state of Minnesota.
✓Current MN License to practice Occupational or Physical Therapy or eligible for a MN License.
Prefer board certification in clinical specialty area and/or advanced degree in health care field. preferred
Certifications
✓OT only: NBCOT certification as an OTR is required for employment at Mayo Clinic (both upon hiring and ongoing certification every 3 years).
✓Has successfully passed or is eligible to sit for the Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) exam.
✓Current BLS certification or completion within 60 days of hire.
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy program.
✓Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy program.
Qualifications

✓Demonstrated skills in the areas of organization, communication, interpersonal relations, leadership, decision making and problem solving.
