DepartmentRENEW_CKA Job Summary Ensures effective workflow within Food and Nutrition Services and HealthFit. Acts as a nutrition resource for community and physicians. Evaluates, assesses plans, charts in patient’s medical record and implements patient’s nutritional care.
Complies with all nutrition standards of practice. Pursues optimal standards of quality care and customer satisfaction. Maintains Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
Required Qualifications Requires a minimum of one (1) year of dietetics experience. Requires Licensed Dietitian within 6 months of employment at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, or within 6 months after RD status obtained. Requires active membership in professional dietetic associations at a local and national level.
Requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics or related field.
