Busy and fast-paced outpatient hospital-based radiology office with heavy phone and patient volume. Applicant should be able to multitask and work well in a team setting. Prefer knowledge of the scheduling process for personal injury/no-fault appointments.
Bilingual Spanish required.
Answering Phone calls. Scheduling appointments. Verifying the Pre-certifications.
Coordinating transportation. Patient Intake. Sending the Results to physician offices and attorneys if needed.
Making Sure all precertification documents are obtained and uploaded to the system to process billing. Processing medical records request.
