Monday - Friday Flexible 8-hour and 9- hour shift options available Location: Advent Health Sports Med and Rehab, 265 E. Rollins St., Orlando, FL 328 The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $35/hour. Determines physical therapy diagnosis and establishes a plan of care, making recommendations for referral if treatment is needed outside the scope of physical therapist practice.
Designs and implements treatment plan of care utilizing practice standards, recommended techniques, modalities, insurance guidelines, and patient needs. Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures. Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.
Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards. Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships. Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community.
Adjusts and adapts to changes in patient census by altering working hours to assist in other centers and programs as approved and observed by the manager or director
