Education
Associate's degree in Health Information Management preferred
Qualifications
✓Outpatient Practice Coding Supervisor
✓Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels
✓Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs
✓Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels
✓Hands-on experience leading a team
✓Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✓Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and support skills
✓Strong attention to detail
Previous HIM experience is strongly desired preferred
