Education and Credentials: Required High School diploma or equivalent. Preferred Formal coursework in business administration or secretarial science. Work

Required No previous experience required. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date. Preferred Previous clerical experience working with the public.
