Audit documentation for compliance Coach therapist on treatment plans, progress notes, group notes, individual therapy notes, and discharge documentation. Lead implementation of Mental Health Outcome Assessments. Observe therapeutic groups.
Travel regularly to satellite clinics. Conduct ongoing education on documentation, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma informed care, crisis intervention, suicide risk documentation, and regulatory updates. Master’s Degree in behavioral science or mental health-related field preferred, required.
