Day Hours: 8:00a - 4:30p Recruiter Contact: Brie Kissell at bkissell@pennstatehealth.psu.edu SUMMARY OF POSITION: Responsible for patient care-related secretarial duties including: scheduling appointments, interacting with patients, families, physicians, and staff, coordinating patient medical records, images, and forms for upcoming visits, and any other ancillary work related to a clinic office visit. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S): High School Diploma or equivalent required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S): Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Experience in a medical setting preferred. Six (6) months of secretarial and customer service experience preferred.
