Key Position Details: As a licensed therapist at New Ulm Medical Center, you’ll collaborate with primary care, specialty providers, and community resources to deliver coordinated, whole-person care.

See patients across the lifespan Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams. Deliver outpatient psychotherapy services (individual, family, and group therapy).
Engage patients’ social supports to improve functioning and outcomes. Coordinate care with community providers and agencies; initiate referrals as needed. Mentor and provide clinical guidance to mental health practitioners when applicable.

$105,000 to $120,000 per year The pay described reflects the starting base
