Experience N/A Education Must pass Pharmacy Technician training entrance exam. License, Certification, Registration Pharmacy Technician License (California) Additional
Requires standing for long periods of time and lifting 1 50 lbs. and frequent bending, stooping, and reaching. Ability to read, understand, and transcribe pharmaceutical information. Working knowledge of current drug forms, dosage strengths, and generic and trade names equivalents.
Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations regarding the provision of pharmaceutical services. Ability to learn and operate pharmacy computer system and other equipment. Ability to type prescription labels.
