Job Responsibility Contacts patients; schedules appointments for consultations, agency meetings and/or diagnostic tests. Collects and organizes data required for statistical reports and completes reports, as required. Attends and participates in meetings as appropriate.
Sets-up files and maintains records. Provides incoming and in-process orientation. Based on position, may be required to provide bi-lingual translation and/or guidance.
