You will collaborate with 12 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers·Responsibilities include assessing a variety of symptom management cases, promoting communication, collaboration with cardiologist, and providing passionate care for cardiology patients with chronic and acute conditions.Function autonomously and have demonstrated experience in cardiology management.Daily census of 13
