You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP or PNP-AC) specialty certification in the State of Michigan.
✓LIC-Physician Assistant - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
Certifications
✓Certification of Physician Assistants Upon Hire required
✓CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required
✓CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required
Current specialty certification to practice as an Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP-AC) with one or more years of Acute Care PNP experience preferred
RNFA certification for OR participation preferred
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP or PNP-AC) program.
✓Required Master's Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
Qualifications
Three or more years clinical nursing experience with the inpatient/acutely ill pediatric neurosurgery population preferred
Demonstrated excellent patient service, written and verbal communication skills preferred
Demonstrated continuous professional development activities/research. preferred
