Overview Sacred Heart Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our dedicated neonatal care team in Danville, Illinois.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced NNP or a new graduate with neonatal experience to provide advanced clinical care for newborns while working collaboratively with physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. As a valued member of our neonatal team, you will play a critical role in delivering evidence-based care to neonates across a variety of clinical settings while supporting our mission of serving patients and families with excellence, compassion, and respect.

Job SpecificsProvide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of neonatal patients. Perform neonatal procedures within the scope of practice and organizational guidelines. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians and healthcare team members.

Participate in neonatal resuscitations, stabilization, and ongoing management of critically ill newborns. Communicate effectively with families regarding treatment plans and patient progress. Document patient encounters accurately and timely within the electronic medical record.

National certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC). Current DEA license or eligibility to obtain. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
