PACE RN Case Manager-PACE North Little Rock

Responsible for assessing, coordinating, monitoring and providing nursing care services and treatment for Baptist Health Pace participants. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in the Baptist Health PACE mission and values. Other information: Licensures for Registered Nurse in the State of Arkansas.

At least one year nursing experience preferred. Experience in a community and or geriatric care setting preferred. Must be medically cleared of communicable diseases and up to date with immunizations.

Working knowledge of physical, mental and social needs of the frail elderly. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
