On Call required. THHEB IT Department highlights:· Supportive and transparent leadership· Hospital based role working directly with physicians and other clinical staff providing training & support· Inclusive, safe and supportive team environment Qualifications - ExternalHere’s What You Need· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field or 4 Years Relevant experience in lieu of a degree (Required)· 2 years Application support experience, preferably in a hospital environment.

(Required)· Clinical knowledge of Radiology department and workflows, preferably in a hospital environment. (Highly Preferred)· Fuji PACS experience (Highly Preferred)· Ambra experience (Highly Preferred)· Epic Cupid experience (Highly Preferred)· CVIS experience (Highly Preferred)· ServiceNow experience (Preferred)

· Provide day to day systems/application administration and support to assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities, onsite and virtually· Deliver application using deployment systems, oversee upgrades and enhancements, and coordinate interfaces of applications· Oversee management of compliance to security, ITIL and ITS standards. Coordinate new user applications training for assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities.· Proficiently demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of multiple systems/applications and their integration and business needs and processes.· Serve as mentor for less experienced staff.

Participate in special projects and/or perform other duties as assigned.
