You’ll need
Licensure
✓Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa
Certifications
Palliative Care certification preferred
Qualifications
✓Flexible role (full time and part-time options available)
✓Established team of 1 Medical Director and 4 Advanced Practitioners
✓Established practice serving the community
✓Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community
✓Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

✓Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate
✓Ability to work as a team member
✓Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
Experience in post-acute and/or long term care facility preferred
