This position provides legal support to Privacy Counsel relating to compliance with federal and state healthcare privacy laws and regulations (including HIPAA/HITECH and state privacy laws).
Responsibilities include supporting privacy incident response, assisting with contract triage and review, reviewing business legal collateral, identifying privacy and regulatory risks, helping Counsel respond to privacy-related inquiries and initiatives, and building effective communication and partnerships with relevant business stakeholders based on coverage area.
