Responsible for patient assessment, treatment, and transport to or from medical facilities or residences. Maintains treatment protocols, safety standards, and effective communication in high-stress environments. Ensures safe ambulance operation and professional representation of the EMS Health Care System.
Includes direct patient care and operates under the supervision of the EMS Manager.
Required Educational Degree: High School Diploma or GED Preferred
NRP Required Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: Ohio EMT - Paramedic Certification, BLS, ACLS, Valid Ohio Driver’s License Preferred Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: NREMT Paramedic Certification, EVOC Certification, NRP Required
1 year healthcare experience Preferred
