Licensure
✓Depending on state requirements, individuals may need to have a state license.

✓Paramedic (PAR) Certification, National Incident Management Systems (NIMS) Incident Command System (ICS)100, 200, 700, and 800 completed and continued education hour's as mandated by accreditation.
Certifications
✓Depending on location, holds national registry status at a Paramedic level.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or equivalent, advanced version for paramedics, International Trauma Life Support (ITLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred dependi
Education
✓High school diploma or equivalent required
Associates Degree in Paramedic Technology or Paramedicine preferred.
Qualifications
✓Thorough knowledge of paramedic principles, practices and techniques, knowledge of how various equipment, such as a monitor or defibrillator, work and how to troubleshoot problems that may arise.
✓Additional training provided/workshops and staff meetings are to be attended as per policy.
✓Additional licensures as required depending upon state
✓Depending on location, must possess a valid Driver's License and have a good driving record.
