Execute advanced clinical protocols in collaboration with your transport RN and physician partners to provide seamless, ICU-level care during transit. Communicate vital patient narratives to receiving medical teams, ensuring a clear and accurate handoff that preserves the continuity of patient care.
Manage sophisticated medical technology and transport equipment, maintaining a rigorous standard of readiness to ensure the safety of your team and your patients. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Paramedic credentialed from the Indiana Department of Homeland Security obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
One or more of the following preferred: Drivers License. Pediatric Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Prehospital Trauma Life Support or International Trauma Life support obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Work
