✓Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification (must obtain within 120 days of hire and maintain throughout employment)
✓Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification (must obtain within 120 days of hire and maintain throughout employment)
Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Transport Professional Advanced Trauma Course (TPATC) or Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) Certification preferred

The Ground Paramedic demonstrates advanced critical thinking capabilities in working autonomously and in collaboration with other health care providers in the delivery of care to critically ill patients in diverse and non-traditional settings.
