Licensure
✓Current New Jersey Paramedic certification or National Registry Paramedic certification (eligible for reciprocity)
✓NJ Paramedic Certification or National Registry Paramedic Certification (eligible for reciprocity)
Certifications
✓American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider (CPR)
✓AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
✓AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
✓Hazmat Awareness certification
Education
✓High school diploma or GED
Associate degree preferred
Qualifications
✓Must be 18 years of age
✓ICS 100, 200, NIMS 700, and 800
✓Weapons of Mass Destruction or CBRNE Awareness training
✓Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, verbally and in writing
✓Ability to work in dynamic event environments, including large crowds, loud noise, variable weather, and extended periods of standing/walking
✓Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules
✓Current driver’s license and ability to satisfy the organization’s motor vehicle/insurance requirements
✓Must possess ICS 100, 200, and NIMS 700, 800
✓Must have completed Weapons of Mass Destruction or CBRNE Awareness training
Prior paramedic experience in 911, event medicine, first aid, venue medicin, or mass-gathering operations preferred
PHTLS or ITLS preferred
Experience working in stadiums, arenas, concerts, festivals, or sporting-event environments preferred
