✓Demonstrated expertise in emergency medicine and chronic disease management
✓Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacology, anatomy, and pathophysiology with ability to apply clinical pathways to high-risk populations
✓Deep understanding of community resources and cultural competency in serving diverse populations
✓Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with ability to build rapport with patients and interdisciplinary care teams
✓Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with resourceful problem-solving approach
✓Excellent organizational and planning skills with capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
✓Superior written and verbal communication skills with meticulous documentation practices
✓Self-directed professional who thrives working independently while remaining adaptable to evolving care environments
✓Valid State of Michigan Driver's License
3-5 years of clinical paramedic experience (Community Paramedic background preferred)
