Qualifications
✓Proficiency in emergency medical procedures and advanced life support techniques.
✓Ability to assess and respond effectively to diverse medical emergencies, including trauma, respiratory distress, cardiac events, and neurological crises.
✓Proficiency in operating emergency medical equipment, including defibrillators, oxygen administration devices, stretchers, and patient transport tools.
✓Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
✓Ability to work in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and delivering exceptional care.
✓Competence in operating medical equipment and using EMR systems for documentation.
✓Understanding of state and federal EMS regulations, including scope of practice and emergency transport procedures.
Experience working in a hospital-based emergency department, ambulance service, or critical care transport unit preferred
