✓Ability to work without close supervision and to exercise independent judgement and critical thing skills in high-pressure, autonomous transport environments.

✓Ability to understand and prepare moderately complex written material (e.g., patient records) and communicate verbally with associates, physicians, and medical control to ensure effective Crew Resource Management (CRM).

✓Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks and projects to maintain control of workflow during time-critical transports.

✓Required - Class D Driver License -Tennessee - Tennessee Motor Vehicle
