Part Time - Certified Nursing Assistant - Adult Inpatient

Yale New Haven Hospital is currently offering part-time Patient Care Associate (PCA) positions across various adult inpatient units. These positions are available for flexible shifts, including Day, Evening, and Night shifts. Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is required. Completion of a CNA program or equivalent (such as a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy Technician, or Student Nurse who has completed at least one semester of clinical experience).

Either two years of direct patient care experience or relevant education as stated above.

Effective communication, teamwork, ability to prioritize, and proficiency in accepting direction. CPR certification is required. Physical Demands : Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks with proper body mechanics.
