✓Lead and manage cross-functional projects aligned with SDRG and School of Social Work as required.
✓Bachelor’s degree in social or behavioral science, public administration, business or related field.
Master’s degree in related field. preferred
Qualifications
✓Five years of experience in planning, administering, supervising in an academic or non-profit setting, with demonstrated growth in responsibilities.
✓Project management experience (at least four years).
✓Familiarity with UW systems, including purchasing, financial, payroll/HR (Workday).
✓Time management and organizational skills: Demonstrates effectiveness managing multiple priorities. Ability to multitask and pay attention to details.
✓Creates accurate, neat and organized work products.
✓Works well under pressure and maintains professional working relationship with internal and external collaborators, clients, and stakeholders.
✓Ability to maintain a highly collegial and productive work environment with a remote team
✓Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✓Analytical and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to think quickly on their feet and troubleshoot problems without close supervision. Ability to think outside the box.
✓Excellent computer skills, including using MS Office suite, WordPress, MS Teams, Adobe.
✓Basic understanding of prevention science and related prevention workforce.
