Responsibilities include:Delivering high-quality respiratory care to infants, children, and adolescentsManaging mechanical ventilation and advanced respiratory therapiesAdministering oxygen therapy, specialty gases, and aerosolized medicationsPerforming arterial blood gas analysis and patient assessmentsProviding chest physiotherapy and other respiratory treatmentsCollaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop individualized care plansParticipating in quality improvement initiatives and continuing educationDelivering compassionate, family-centered care with every patient interactionWhat You'll BringWe're looking for clinicians who are passionate about pediatric care and committed to clinical excellence.
