We are seeking to add an experienced clerical team member with medical billing experience who is able to fulfill a dual role in our practice. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a strong work ethic, flexibility, dependability, possess excellent communication skills, have a solid knowledge of computers, and have the initiative to work independently. We have an atmosphere of teamwork that we expect to continue with all new hires as you will work closely with the physicians, managers, nurses, and clerical staff as an integral component, assisting with the daily operations of our clinics.

E xperience in collections, insurance claim troubleshooting, posting patient payments, sending collection letters, mailing returns and keeping the A/R at an acceptable percentage is necessary. Experience with patient registration as well as the duties that accompany patient registration is preferred. Departmental Orientation will be provided upon completion of the hiring process as well as training on our enterprise-wide practice management system.
